Spinach Salad Recipe

Recipe from Lindsey Hoff:

Here is a great and easy recipe that will take 5 minutes tops. If you want to make a meal of it, just add sliced cooked chicken breast. Yum! It is so easy and quick! Bon Appetite! 

  • One bag of mixed spinach greens
  • 1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries (or your favorite berries) 
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 package of salad toppers (You can find it in the salad section. Pre-packaged nuts and toppers like cranberries or raisins) 
  • Kraft Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing

Fab Ab February

It's not too late to make February the month of Fab Abs! Print out this calendar and take roughly 15 minutes a day to get those abs in shape. By the end of the month you will be up to 100 sit ups and planking for a solid 3 minutes!! This is great core strength training and will get you ready for spring. Swimsuits will be here before we know it!
