It's not too late to make February the month of Fab Abs! Print out this
calendar and take roughly 15 minutes a day to get those abs in shape. By the end of the month you will be up to 100 sit ups and planking for a solid 3 minutes!! This is great core strength training and will get you ready for spring. Swimsuits will be here before we know it!
